PROCEDURES:- a) End buyer submit the LOI/ICPO incorporating the above terms b) Seller Issue the Draft Sale and Purchase Contract c) Buyer signs, seals (electronically) and returns it to the seller d) Seller signs the contract, immediately return to the Buyer (the digital contracts remain effective & legally binding until hard copies are exchanged. e) Buyer issue operative Letter of Credit in favor of the Seller. f) Dumping will start 3 - 7 days after receipt of the payment instrument. g) Shipping and delivery to the port of destination in China will be finalized within 4 to 5 weeks
